Plantcraft, the world’s first “clean-label” plant-based deli meat company, today announced two new Pepperoni options, Spicy and Mild, made with green banana flour. Plantcraft Pepperoni is the first of a new product line of deli meats and slices for grocery and foodservice.
Plantcraft’s plant-based pepperoni offers a traditional taste as a filling for sandwiches, on charcuterie platters, or as a pizza topping. Like Plantcraft’s pâtés, they are free of meat, soy, gluten, nuts, eggs, dairy, and artificial additives.

Plantcraft’s Plant-Based Pepperoni will debut at Earth Fare Markets, a chain of natural foods stores with more than 20 locations throughout the Southeastern U.S., in December. Suggested retail price for a seven-ounce chub (four servings) is $6.99.
Plantcraft products require far fewer resources—water, land, fossil fuels—to produce, per calorie, than meat. Conventional meat production is associated with loss of biodiversity, habitat loss, soil loss, deforestation and overall climate breakdown, as well as zoonotic diseases, pandemics, and antibiotic resistance.
