  • BBQ Baked Mac & Cheese – BBQ Baked Mac and Cheese is a must. This is simple. When you have assembled your Mac and Cheese according to this recipe, simply toss the finished product with ½ cup of BBQ sauce and 1 tbsp of hot sauce throw it into a casserole dish and cover it with gluten-free bread crumbs mixed with some of our Almond Parm tossed in melted vegan butter. It does not disappoint.
  • Tempeh Ribs & Brisket – Like tofu, tempeh absorbs flavor and is perfect for BBQ. It is firmer and more compact than tofu so it even gets that familiar BBQ bark after smoking. It is fragile, so be gentle with it as you prepare.
  • Pulled Jackfruit – This is a fan favorite. Jackfruit is super versatile and tasty. It mimics that pulled BBQ texture and delivers on all the flavor.
  • BBQ Chickpea Burgers – Veggie Burgers are a plant-based staple. This recipe is exceptional and a great use of leftover smoked sweet potatoes and chickpeas. Anyone can make a veggie burger with almost anything. Our pit master calls them “garbage burgers” because you can clean out the fridge with all of your cooked veggies and make them into a patties for the grill.
