Two San Franciscans now living in Bordeaux, Sylvia Polanski and Marlon Hauser, have recently launched their Deux Cochons ice cream brand.

Their plant-based ice creams and ice cream sandwiches are truly like traditional ice cream in taste and texture. They use 7 base ingredients with no preservatives and their packaging is carbon neutral.

They guarantee that their customers will never miss dairy ice cream again! Their approach is to share their brand with not just vegans but with everyone. They say that eating plant-based food doesn’t mean you must sacrifice indulgent, delicious foods. Every person that makes even a small change toward this lifestyle creates a huge impact in the right direction for the planet.

Armagnac salted caramel is their signature flavor, along with cafe espresso, golden milk, bourbon vanilla, candied mint chip, strawberry and pistachio. Deux Cochons ice cream sandwiches consists of two soft oatmeal and raisin cookies with Armagnac ice cream.

Sylvia and Marlon are setting up an online platform to ship regionally in France and soon all over the EU and England.
